1. Pre-Shipment Confirmations

For each order, we (Reko Auto Parts) will contact you via email or other communication channels to verify the compatibility of the parts. If no objections are raised by the buyer, the part compatibility will be deemed confirmed.

1.2 Customs Clearance Requirements

If you have any special requirements related to customs clearance, please contact us before making the payment to ensure smooth handling of the shipment.

2. Order Payment & Product Preparation

2.1 Initiation of Preparation Phase

Once we have received your down payment or full payment, we will officially initiate the product preparation phase.

2.2 Product Preparation Time

  • For in-stock products: The standard preparation time (from payment to the product being ready for shipment) is usually within 4 days.
  • For out-of-stock products or customized orders: The preparation time will be adjusted according to the actual production schedule. We will notify you of the specific timeline in advance.

3. Packaging Specifications

In the absence of specific packaging requirements from you, we will adopt REKO’s standard packaging procedures to ensure product safety.

Our standard packaging configuration is as follows:
Plastic Bag → Cushioning Foam → First-Layer Carton → Second-Layer Carton → Pallet

This multi-layer design provides comprehensive protection during storage and transportation, effectively reducing the risk of product damage caused by impacts, vibrations, or external pressure.

4. Shipping Details

4.1 Shipping Address (for PayPal Express Checkout)

For orders settled via PayPal Express Checkout, we only arrange shipment to the address registered in your PayPal account to ensure transaction security.

4.2 Available Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options to meet your diverse delivery needs. You can select the most suitable one based on your delivery timeline requirements, product volume, weight, and destination:

  • Ocean freight or air cargo
  • Express delivery
  • Railway transportation

4.3 Typical Shipping Durations

  • Ocean freight: The shipping duration typically ranges from 15 to 45 days.
  • Express delivery: The shipping duration generally takes approximately 7 days.

4.4 Departure Ports

Products can be shipped from the following major ports in China, depending on your logistics arrangement and destination:

5. Default Trade Term

Unless otherwise specified by you, the default trade term for all orders shall be Cost and Freight (C&F).
